A slew of questions directed at Secretary of State Rex Tillerson from an NBC journalist went unanswered at a photo opportunity this week, according to video posted to social media late Friday.

The video, shared by Kyle Griffin, producer for MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” shows NBC chief foreign affairs Andrea Mitchell using a press pool camera spray of Tillerson and International Atomic Energy Agency Director Yukiya Amano to ask the secretary of state about budget cuts and a deputy secretary nominee before being escorted out by staffers.

Here is the transcript of what transpired on Thursday:

Mitchell: “Mr. Secretary, can you do your job with the kind of budget cuts the president has proposed?”
Mitchell: “What does it say about the priority of diplomacy in this administration?”
Mitchell: “Do you think you’ll have a deputy anytime soon, sir?”
Mitchell: “When do you think you might have a deputy?”
Staffer: “Andrea. Come on guys. Come on. Let’s go. Andrea. Come on guys. This way. Out, please. Out.”

Tillerson and Amano discussed the Obama administration’s nuclear deal with Iran, according to a report from Reuters.
