President Trump called CNN and MSNBC purveyors of “conspiracy theories” and “blind hatred,” but praised Fox News for its coverage in a tweet Wednesday morning.

“The fake news media is going crazy with their conspiracy theories and blind hatred. @MSNBC & @CNN are unwatchable. @foxandfriends is great!” Trump tweeted.

The tweet comes the morning after reports broke that Trump’s campaign officials had many contacts with the Russian government during the presidential campaign.

Reports indicate American intelligence officials discovered phone records show multiple campaign officials spoke repeatedly with Russian officials. The contacts reportedly took place during the year before the election.

Among the officials heard on the phone was former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who has denied ever knowingly speaking to a Russian intelligence official.

Trump said those were lies concoted to cover up for a Democratic defeat in the election.

“This Russian connection non-sense is merely an attempt to cover-up the many mistakes made in Hillary Clinton’s losing campaign,” Trump tweeted.

MSNBC and CNN have also been running in-depth coverage of the resignation of retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn as Trump’s national security adviser. Fox and Friends touched on the controversy Tuesday, but spent more time criticizing the leaks of information than Flynn’s contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

That coverage is what led Trump to tweet a statement saying the “real story” is who is leaking, not Flynn’s resignation.

Trump followed up on that statement by questioning which agencies may be leaking.

“Information is being illegally given to the failing @nytimes & @washingtonpost by the intelligence community (NSA and FBI?).Just like Russia,” Trump tweeted.
