President Trump cited a law blog to call the ruling to maintain a block on his immigration executive order “a disgraceful decision” Friday.

Trump, who responded in an all-capital-letters tweet on Thursday, was a bit more subdued Friday morning in responding to the Ninth Circuit’s unanimous decision to continue blocking his order.

He cited Lawfare, which critiqued the court decision by saying “Remarkably, in the entire opinion, the panel did not bother even to cite this (the) statute.”

Trump added, “A disgraceful decision!”

The court unanimously decided to continue blocking Trump’s order to suspend refugees from coming into the U.S. for 120 days, and block immigration from seven countries for 90 days. The order would have also indefinitely blocked Syrians from coming into the country.

Trump said Thursday the administration plans to “SEE YOU IN COURT” over the decision.
