Hillary Clinton hinted in a thank-you message to supporters on Monday that she will stay politically active next year.

“I believe it is our responsibility to keep doing our part to build a better, stronger, fairer future for our country and the world,” Clinton wrote.

“I look forward to staying in touch in 2017. Onward!” she added, according to The Hill.

Later, she tweeted:

“The holidays are a time to be thankful for our blessings. Let’s rejoice in this season & look forward with renewed hope & determination.”

Clinton has kept a relatively low profile since losing the presidential election last month.

She and her husband have frequently been spotted hiking in the woods behind her Chappaqua, N.Y., home. The two were also reportedly seen attending Christmas Eve services at their local church on Saturday.

Clinton thanked her supporters in the hopeful year-end message, which acknowledged her defeat at the hands of President-elect Trump.

“While we didn’t achieve the outcome we sought, I’m proud of the vision and values we fought for and the nearly 66 million people who voted for them,” she said.

Since Trump’s victory, Clinton’s campaign has supported a multi-state recount effort that left Trump with more votes in Wisconsin than before the recount. Clinton’s campaign chair also joined an unsuccessful push to secure intelligence briefings for presidential electors prior to the Electoral College vote, amid allegations of Russian meddling in Democratic institutions during the election.
