President-elect Donald Trump went off script during a rally in Baton Rouge, La. on Friday and asked the crowd whether they think Time magazine should go back to using “Man of the Year” for its annual distinction instead of the more politically-correct “Person of the Year.”

“It used to be called the ‘Man of the Year,'” Trump said. “Now it is called the ‘Person of the Year? That’s good. They’re politically correct.”

There were audible boos when Trump asked: “Who would rather have it be the ‘Person of the Year?'” The crowd burst into applause when Trump asked: “Who would rather have it be the ‘Man of the Year?'”

He added: “That could be why the magazine business isn’t so great.”

“Anyway who cares?” Trump said.

Time named Trump “Person of the Year” on Wednesday.
