Radio personality Laura Ingraham called the prospect of becoming President-elect Trump’s White House press secretary an “intriguing idea.”

Ingraham, a conservative commentator whose radio program has gained popularity in recent years, told “Fox News Sunday” that reports about her being considered for the position are true.

“It’s an intriguing idea and it really is a great privilege to be considered,” Ingraham told Fox News. “They have a really good team.”

Ingraham went on to praise several Trump aides also speculated to be in the running for the position, including Kellyanne Conway, Jason Miller, and Republican National Committee spokesman Sean Spicer.

Ingraham would likely serve as a more publicly combative spokesperson than the other individuals under consideration, as evidenced by her broadcasting style.
